  • Cat Mini Hydraulic Excavators have a number of features that benefit both owner and operator. Mini Excavators feature strong, robust styling. Exterior panels are curved and have rounded edges for a modern appearance. Cat Mini Excavators are designed for a small height and width, making them among the most compact 2.5 ton mini hydraulic excavators in the industry. This feature enables Cat machines to enter gaps and doorways easier than other machines. All Mini Excavator components are pre-painted (except plated components) using an electrostatic dip process similar to that used in the automotive industry, insuring even coverage and longer lasting protection and appearance.
  • Lower frames are expandable H-shaped, fabricated structures designed for high durability. Variable width enhances machine versatility and stability. The main structure of the track roller frames consist of steel plates bent into inverse U-shapes to prevent accumulation of soil and allow for easy cleaning of the undercarriage.
  • Dozer blades can be used to level a worksite before digging, doze and backfill trenches and trap objects between the bucket and blade for easy clean-up. If the machine is being used with the undercarriage fully extended, extensions can be added on to either side of the blade to match the undercarriage width.
