All Cat Forestry Grapples feature 360 degree rotation. The grapple can be quickly positioned however needed for maximum productivity.
Cat Forestry Grapples are built for the woods, using high-strength steel throughout the body and tines. The design strategically places reinforcement in key areas to maintain structural integrity. Cylinders feature bolt on heads, and all hydraulics are protected inside the grapple frame.
Long service intervals and in-field servicing result in more uptime and lower operating costs. Grapple design incorporates easy-to-access service points for all cylinders and connections.
- Built Durable. GLL Grapple legs are made of high-strength alloy steel for maximum durability. For additional wear protection, both legs feature replaceable hardox wear strips on the inside and outside of the leg.
- Unique Profile. Shape of the legs means performance — whether picking and sorting, bunching and loading or shoveling. Maximum performance in any situation.
- Interlocking Legs. Legs will close down to a minimum of five inches — allowing operators the ability to easily handle single, small stems.
